David Lim, is best known for leading the 1st Singapore Everest Expedition in 1998 and many other expeditions to the greater ranges. Since then he has developed and delivered leadership solutions and tools in 33 countries and 83 cities. Clients include Linkedin, Google, Citibank, AIA, World Bank, Pfizer, Walmart, and SingTel. For over a decade, David has also been an adjunct lecturer for INSEAD business school’s leadership programmes, engaging leaders on self and team leadership.

The most common response he gets from his clients is that he excels in helping people believe they can be more than just ordinary. David is author of Mountain to Climb: The Quest for Everest and Beyond, Against Giants: The Life and climbs of a disabled mountaineers, How Leaders Lead and , Lessons from Edge.

He lives on the west coast of Singapore with his wife, Maureen and their dogs and cats.
